Car Couches are Australian made in conjunction with a
reputable fiberglass company with long-term experience
in the handcrafted components industry.
The
technique employed is a hand-laid fiberglass process that
ensures true body characteristics and originality as well
as consistency.
The
components are then assembled and fixed to a 25mm steel
tubular frame which is built in a complex jigging system
to ensure perfect fit of all accessories. |

The
completed body assembly will then undergo a very rigorous and
strict process of preparing and painting using only the highest
quality two-pack paint products available. This includes an
oven baking process to ensure long-term durability.
The seat frame is also jig-built and sent off to Straight Line
Motor Trimming - another reputable company to receive the custom
trim work required.
The
final stage in completing the couch is the fitting of a low
voltage lighting system to give it that real car look.
